Orders MVR's and documents appropriate consent forms in Sagitta
Processes monthly reports, checks rates & calculations for accuracy, verifies that report limits do not exceed policy limits
Checks policies and verifies all forms and endorsements lists on declaration pages are included with policy
Issues Auto ID cards
Requests endorsements and enters detail in the system, completes change requests and documents appropriately in Sagitta, follows up on open endorsements
Processes endorsements, verifies for accuracy, sends letters to insureds, prepares invoices and closes diaries
Keeps Account Executives informed of all major changes on accounts
Prepares audit spreadsheets, enters documentations into Sagitta, sends letters to insureds, follows up with insureds if signed audit letter is not returned and invoices audits
Handles disputed audits including notifying Account Executives and Account Managers of disputed audit, backs out premiums, notifies companies and follows up for revised audit, and checks rates and exposures for accuracy
Participates in marketing of accounts by setting up marketing files, checking pre-renewal summaries, ordering and following up on loss runs, preparing diary entries and updating cert holder lists
Issues and mails new and renewal insurance certifications in a timely manner, sets up master certificates, checks policies for coverage limits, policy language
Provides excellent customer service and teamwork
Other Duties/Responsibilities
Attends and participates in department meetings as well as other meetings as directed
Participates in training to enhance knowledge and skills and remains current with industry changes
Informs supervisor and /or manager of all matters that may affect the performance of assigned tasks and/or overall operations or the department
Performs other duties as requested
